Guest/luggage capacities must be abided by for safety reasons. If you are unsure, select a larger class as chauffeurs may turn down service when they are exceeded.
Upon submitting your reservation form, you authorize Parfait Limousine to contact you regarding our specials and company announcements. We respect your privacy; your information will never be sold or shared and you can opt out at any time.
By reserving our services, you agree to pay the specified price for the described services.
Charges for any additional services incurred during the rental period will also be applied.
We value your feedback. If you encounter any issues with our vehicle or driver, please inform us within 24 hours of the service. Complaints reported after 24 hours may not be eligible for validation.

Parfait Limousine is not liable for mechanical breakdowns during hire but will aim to accommodate a mutually agreed upon make-up time. Clients are financially responsible for any damage to the vehicle caused during the rental period by them or any party members. A sanitation fee of $250.00 may apply.
Consumption of alcohol and drug use in the vehicle is strictly prohibited by law. Any fines incurred will be the responsibility of the customer. The driver reserves the right to terminate the service without refund if there is blatant indiscretion by the client(s). Smoking is not permitted in any of our vehicles.
Waiting charges apply after 15 minutes of the prearranged time, except at airports where we allow 45 minutes for domestic flights and 1 hour for international flights. In case of inability to locate the driver, please contact our office immediately at WhatsApp OR Telephone +65 8800 4115. Unnotified departures will incur a no-show charge. We are not responsible for delays or termination due to unsafe road conditions or for items left in vehicles.

Point-to-point service charges are based on mileage and zones. Hourly services are available for extended needs. Traffic delays post-pickup are beyond our control and we recommend booking with ample time.

If your pickup time is between 11 pm to 7 am, there will be an additional SGD10 charge that you will need to pay to the driver on the day of pickup.
From Singapore Town To Tuas there will be an additional charge of SGD30 be paid to the driver.
From Singapore Airport To Tuas there will be an additional charge of SGD50 be paid to the driver.
